Matt's Pork Chili

Matt's Pork Chili

2-3 lbs pork chops cubed or
chicken breasts cubed
salt & pepper
1 onion diced
1 clove garlic diced
1 can cream chicken soup
1lg can tomatillo sauce or
1 can green chili enchilada sauce
1 can green chilis
1 can chicken broth
1/2t cumin

Put in crock pot.  Cook on low all day.  1 hour before serving add 1 can of black or pinto beans.  Add 1/4c cilantro.  Serve with fresh tomatoes, tortillas and sour cream.
