Chicken Waikiki

Chicken Waikiki

6 chicken breasts
1/2c flour
1t salt
1/4t pepper
1/3 c oil

Sauce:
1c sugar
2T cornstarch
1/4c vinegar
1T soy sauce
1 chicken bouillion cube
20oz can pineapple juice

Mix four, salt and pepper.  Flour chicken and fry in skillet until golden brown.  Arrange in roasting pan.  SAUCE: add water to pineapple juice to make 1 1/4 cups.  In sauce pan combine with rest of ingredients stirring constantly.  Bring to a boil.  Simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.  Pour over chicken and bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.  Arrange pineapple over chicken and bake 30 minutes longer covered. Serve with rice.
