Oreo Cookies

1 cake mix
2eggs
1/2c oil

or

1 cake mix
2eggs
2/3c shortening

Mix cake mix, eggs and oil or shortening until well mixed.  Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 for 10-12 min.  Can also add a rolo candy inside the dough ball.  Make frosting to put in between the cookies.  Or if you do it with the rolo, sprinkle with powdered sugar. 

*Can also add a rolo to the center of the cookie dough for a chocolate caramel cookie.

Nicole's Amazing Sugar Cookies

1c sugar
1/2c butter
1 egg
1/2c sour cream
31/4c flour
1t baking powder
1/2t soda
1/2t salt

Cream sugar, butter and egg.  Add dry ingredients and sour cream.  Bake at 375 for 6 minutes.
